How to Display Accessibility Shortcuts in Menu Bar/Control Center on Mac
With the Accessibility Shortcuts icon tucked in the menu bar and Control Center, it becomes more convenient to activate or disable a specific feature. Yeah, there is no need to dig into the System Settings every time you wish to invoke a specific feature if you can bring it into action with just a click or two.
- First off, launch the System Settings app on your Mac. Or, just click on the Apple menu located at the upper left corner of the screen and choose System Settings.
- Now, click on Control Center.
- Next, scroll down to the Accessibility Shortcuts section. After that, toggle on the switches next to Show in Control Center and Show in Menu Bar. Then, quit Settings. That’s pretty much it! The Accessibility Shortcuts icon will start showing in the menu bar and Control Center. Going forward, you can enable or disable your favorite Accessibility features right from your Mac’s menu bar/Control Center.
