Review of Mophie 4-in-1 Wireless Charging Mat
One look at Mophie, and you will know that the device means business. The form factor and overall design are kept pretty simple, allowing its utility to shine out. Designed to be unbiased, the mat works as a universal wireless charger, i.e., it supports any & all Qi-enabled devices regardless of the brand or ecosystem. So whether you own an iPhone or an Android phone, AirPods Pro, or any other wireless charging earbuds, you can charge them without an issue. But that’s not the only benefit; here are some of its key features:
Intuitive Design
Mophie incorporates easy-align valleys and multiple charging coils into the mat. This enables finding the sweet spot for optimum speed and efficient charging almost effortless and quick. I event kept the device intentionally tilted, at it still worked!
10W Fast Charging
The mat can wirelessly charge up to 4 devices simultaneously with up to 10W each.
Eliminate Cable Clutter
An essential benefit, especially for users glued to their desks. You get freedom from the mess of the cables and their adapters.

It’s practical, powerful, and good-looking! The black fabric finish looks panache, minimal, and will compliment your devices and desk.

As long as the case is under 3mm of thickness, the wireless mat will support and charge through that case.
LED indication
To indicate the charging status, 4 LED lights are built-in that turns on automatically when a device is charging. Notably, these LEDs are apparently sleep-friendly and quite dim. So you will have to observe them closely to see if they are turned on.
Not 4-in-1; It’s actually 5-in-1
While the product title claims it to be a 4-in-1 charging mat, this beauty can charge up to 5 devices simultaneously—four devices on the mat and one through the extra USB-A port. You can employ this port for wired charging or use the included adapter Apple Watch adapter to charge your watch. And here comes the chink in the armor. While Mophie is offering an adapter, it skipped to include a magnetic charger. We understand that it might be a move for cost-effectiveness, but it does cause some inconvenience. This means inserting my original charger into the cavity, exposing it to regular wear and tear. Moreover, when you insert the Apple Watch module in the adapter, the extra cable will populate the desk. There are just two choices, either compromise on seeing the extra cable or use a separate adapter from the watch.
Our Verdict
In all, the 4-in-1 Wireless Charging Mat for Mophie is a sleek, helpful, and essential tool for all your charging needs. It looks pretty decent and works flawlessly for the most part, even when the phone is not kept straight. I just hope it had an in-built Apple Watch module; other than that, Mophie delivers everything it promised and more. So, a big thumbs up to this device from my side.
