How to Use Messenger Day on iPhone and iPad
Step #1. Starting off, make sure to update Messenger to the latest version. Once you have updated the app on your iOS device, launch it. Step #2. Next, tap on the shutter button at the bottom center. (Alternately, you can pull down the screen to access the camera.) Step #3. Now, hold on the shutter button to record video or tap to take a photo. Tap on the camera button at the top to switch cameras. (To select photos from your Camera Roll, tap on the photos button at the bottom left corner and then choose the pic you want to share.) Step #4. After you have captured a photo, add sticker, text and even dribble on it.
To add stickers, tap on the emoji button at the top and then choose from tons of exciting options. If you want any special sticker, tap on the magnifying glass button to search itTo add text, tap on the text button at the top, choose the color from the sidebar and then write the textTo dribble on the pic, tap on the dribble button at the top right corner, select the color and then scribble on it
In case you want to delete text or sticker, just hold and drag it to recycle bin icon at the top center. Step #5. Having given your pic the desired look, you have the option to save it to your Camera Roll. To do so, tap on Save button at the bottom right corner. To share the pic with your friends, tap on the arrow at the bottom right corner. Step #6. Now, you need to select the person and group with which you want to share the photo. Then, tap on the Send button. That’s it! As mentioned above, the shared photo will be automatically destructed after 24 hours. The Bottom Line Even though Messenger Day doesn’t look different from Snapchat or Instagram Stories, I’m happy that it’s here to make my messaging experience more exciting.
